In addition, it pays close attention to the development and policy challenges that the actions of multinational firms create in an interdependent world, both from a developing and developed country perspective. This course requires a holistic view of the international business environment, in terms of the competitiveness of firms and industries, which in turn is determined by the policies and regulations established by governments and supranational institutions. MSc International Business pays more attention to the external (macro environmental) issues affecting an organisation, differentiating it from our MSc International Management programme, which focuses heavily on internal (micro environmental) factors.
