This LLM programme allows students to develop their skills in the context of learning directed at the interplay of business and human rights. The programme places a premium on guided student choice in the construction of their pathway through the programme. In addition to education through core modules, students will be free either to specialise in human rights, governance or sustainable development. They will be free to avail of the breadth of the critical mass of relevant elective modules that are available within the School. These modules draw from the School's range of modules in the areas of Human Rights, governance, commerce and sustainable development.
