Both courses are approved by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and meet the CIPD Advanced Standards. This means on successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma or MSc you'll become an Associate member of the CIPD. In addition the programme provides you with the knowledge to upgrade to either Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow levels of professional membership, providing you meet the respective criteria as set by the CIPD.
