From the very start you'll work on real-life service-improvement projects so you can apply what you learn to your area of practice. You undertake 360-degree diagnostic appraisal and personal action planning to develop your effectiveness. Action learning will be used to facilitate your leadership of a real service-improvement project relevant to your practice role and the needs of your organisation.
