In a contemporary business environment two features stand out; the internationalisation of business and the importance of enterprise. This unique course brings these together to examine the theory and practice of international business, including how exports, franchises and foreign direct investment (FDI) are analysed and developed. The University of South Wales’s Centre for Enterprise has been recognised as a Centre of Enterprise Excellence by the UK Sector Skills Body for Enterprise (SFEDI). The Body was extremely impressed with both the quality and range of enterprise development activities supported by the University. Not only are we the first and only university in Wales to be recognised as a Centre of Excellence, but also the first in the UK to be awarded Centre of Enterprise Excellence status.
