TOEFL The minimum score required on the TOEFL is 80. Test of English as a Foreign Language scores are valid for 2 years. IELTS The minimum score is required on the IELTS is 6.5. International English Language Testing System scores are valid for 2 years. GRE GRE scores are required. There is no minimum GRE score that is required for any graduate program. Graduate Record Exam scores are valid for 5 years.
