TOEFL International applicants: A minimum score of 90/120 iBT (230 CBT, 570 PBT) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), taken during the past two years, is required by the University to meet the English Language Proficiency requirement. IELTS IELTS scores must have a minimum of 7 out of 9 for admission. GRE Score of the general Graduate Record Examination (GRE) taken during the past five years. CEE does not require a GRE subject test but the General GRE Test is required. Both the "Old" GRE and the "Revised" GRE are accepted.

GPA A satisfactory scholastic average, with a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) for application consideration. Fee You must submit an application fee when you apply. The application fee is not re­fundable. If you are a U.S. citizen or current permanent resident, the application fee is $105; for all others, the fee is $125. Official transcripts or academic records for all university-level studies you have completed, at U.S. institutions and abroad will be required if admitted. If your academic records do not include official evidence of the award of your degree, you must also submit additional documents that verify the degree conferral.
