TOEFL You take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and receive a score that is equal to or higher than your program’s requirements.  Some departments do not accept the IELTS, please check with your program. GPA Have an undergraduate GPA of at least 2.75. Fee Pay an application fee of $60 for US citizens, $80 for international applicants upon submitting your application. RL Provide 3 letters of recommendation. Upon submitting your application, an email will be sent to each recommender cited on your application. Transcript Provide ONE unofficial copy of each transcript from any institution at which you have previously studied.
