CV CV/resume with photo Fee The application fee ranges from HK$180 to HK$500 per program in 2015/16 for online applications and HK$300 / US$40 for Visiting Student applications. Fees are non-refundable. RL Two academic referees Transcript Official Final Transcripts Should be sent directly by the issuing authority. Only if the issuing authority does not provide direct delivery service, the transcript in an envelope sealed by the institution is acceptable. The envelope should be stamped on the sealed flap and must not be reopened once it has been sealed and stamped until it is received by PGOA. Must be accompanied by an explanation of the grading system used therein. Documents not in English must be accompanied by officially certified English translations. Officially certified transcripts in the original language are still required.
