TOEFL A minimum score of 600 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language, at least 250 on the computer-based TOEFL, or at least 100 on the IBT with a speaking score of 20. GRE A minimum combined Quantitative and Verbal score of 308 (1200) on the Graduate Record Examination Aptitude Test.

GPA An undergraduate grade point average in engineering, science and mathematics courses of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Fee A $75 nonrefundable application fee submitted with the application. Credit card payment is accepted with the on-line application. Checks must be made payable to the University of Delaware. Applications received without the application fee will not be processed. Foreign students must use a check drawn on a U.S. bank or an International Postal Money Order. RL A minimum of at least three letters of strong support from former teachers or supervisors. Transcript Applicants must list and upload unofficial transcripts of all post-high school academic work from all institutions attended. For institutions outside of the United States that issue transcripts in a foreign language, a course-by-course English translation must be uploaded along with the original language document.
