TOEFL Non-native speakers of English (international students) are required to achieve a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based TOEFL (PBT) and 100 for iBT. GRE A minimum score of 155 (700) on the quantitative portion of the GRE.

GPA A minimum undergraduate grade-point average in engineering, science, and mathematics courses of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Fee A $75 nonrefundable application fee submitted with the application. Credit card payment is accepted with the on-line application. Checks must be made payable to the University of Delaware. Applications received without the application fee will not be processed. Foreign students must use a check drawn on a U.S. bank or an International Postal Money Order. RL A minimum of three letters of strong support from former teachers or supervisors. Transcript Applicants must list and upload unofficial transcripts of all post-high school academic work from all institutions attended. For institutions outside of the United States that issue transcripts in a foreign language, a course-by-course English translation must be uploaded along with the original language document.
