TOEFL The minimum TOEFL score required is 79 for the internet-based test, with a minimum writing score of 20.  The minimum TOEFL score for the paper-based exam is 550, with a minimum writing score of 58. IELTS The minimum IELTS score required is an overall score of a 6.5, with a minimum writing score of 6.5. The testing agency should mail the official results directly to the University of Houston.  GRE The University of Houston Graduate School is pleased to offer a GRE/GMAT Waiver program for UH main campus undergraduate students. To qualify, students must have graduated from the University of Houston main campus within the three years preceding the term for which they are applying. Students must also meet the minimum undergraduate GPA listed below for the degree program to which they are applying. GMAT The MSACCY program does not have a minimum score requirement, but the average of those recently admitted is a 550. GMAT scores significantly below the average decreases the probability of acceptance.

PS A goal statement should be one to two pages in length. The statement should address specific area of interest within accounting, how the MSACCY degree fits into career aspirations, and any additional information that might be useful to the admission committee.Applicants can upload their goal statement via the application portal. RL Two (2) letters of recommendation should be completed by professors, employers, or professionals having direct knowledge of the applicant.An electronic MSACCY Letter of Recommendation form (eLOR) is available for recommenders. Applicants may send the eLOR form to their recommenders while completing the application. Transcript Transcripts from each higher-educational institution attended must be submitted. Transcripts must be official and if applicable please include an official English translation.Official degree diplomas for foreign credentials, and an official English translation if applicable, must be submitted.Official hard copy United States transcripts must be submitted in a sealed envelope from the issuing higher-educational institution.
