TOEFL The minimum, required TOEFL test score for admittance to the MSW program is 577 for the paper-based test or a 90 for the Internet-based (IBT) test. IELTS The minimum required IELTS test score for admittance to the MSW program is a 7. GRE The GRE is not required for admission into this program.

If you prefer to pay by mail, please send a check or money order payable to Fordham University RL One letter of recommendation: Approved recommenders are past and present employers, professors and approved volunteer coordinators. Letters of recommendation must be submitted via the link in the application, US mail or may be hand delivered in their original, sealed envelope with the recommender's signature along the seal or marked with other official insignia. In the application you will provide an email address for your reference. The application allows you to click to have instructions sent to your reference on how to submit their letter electronically through the application system. Transcript Undergraduate and graduate transcripts: At the time of applying, we require you to upload an unofficial transcript from the undergraduate institution where you earned your bachelor’s degree. You must also submit unofficial transcripts for any graduate courses you have completed. Please note: If you are accepted into the program, you will be required to submit a final official transcript from the undergraduate institution where you earned your bachelor’s degree prior to registration for classes. If you are planning on submitting a credit transfer request for graduate level social work courses, we will also need the official transcript for those courses before your can register. If you have completed all foundation year courses and field placement at another MSW program, you will be required to submit a final official transcript from that MSW program. Official final transcripts must be mailed to the student first, who must keep the transcript in its original sealed envelope and either mail it or hand deliver it to the office below. We can only accept these documents in envelopes sealed and stamped by the registrar of your institution.
