TOEFL The minimum TOEFL score for admission is 550 (paper test) and 80 (Internet-based test). IELTS The minimum IELTS score for admission is 7.0 GRE While there is no minimum GRE score, successful applicants tend to have combined scores of 276 or higher and no individual component score below 121 (GRE revised General Test - tests taken on or after August 1, 2011); have combined scores of 1300 or higher and no individual component score below 500 (GRE revised General Test - tests taken prior to August 1, 2011).

PS An academic statement of purpose should be prepared and submitted online with the application. The personal statement should address your intellectual interests, academic and professional objectives, and proposed topic(s) of graduate study. The length of the personal statement is generally 500 words, but some programs have different or additional guidelines for submission of the statement of purpose. GPA A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or the equivalent from a competitive university or college is required, although most students who are admitted have GPAs of 3.5 or higher.
