PS Professional statement of goals/objectives (2 pages) Your professional statement should be written in essay format and should include discussion of your reasons for pursuing graduate study, your academic background, your research interests (if applicable), relevant professional experience or related accomplishments to date, and your career goals. A typical statement is between 500-2000 words in length. Your professional statement must be submitted through the Applicant Portal and cannot be revised or resubmitted after you submit the application. CV Applicants to IIT Stuart programs must submit a current resume via the Applicant Portal. RL Letters of recommendation should be submitted from individuals who are able to assess your academic and/or career achievements and potential. Recommenders may include professors or employers, but may not include family members or personal friends. Please ask your recommenders ahead of time if they are willing to write you a letter of recommendation. Master's degree applicants must submit two letters; Ph.D. applicants must submit three. Please do not submit more letters than are required for your application. Additional letters will not be reviewed by the admission committee. Letters of recommendation must be submitted through the Applicant Portal. Any letter of recommendation that is uploaded by the applicant must be on official letterhead and be signed by the recommender. If the recommender is not able to provide a letter that is signed on official letterhead the recommendation must be sent electronically through the online invitation in the applicant portal. Please allow three days from the time your recommender submits an online recommendation for your status to update online. Transcript Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email with your CWID and instructions on how to log on to the Applicant Portal. You will be required to upload one copy of your scanned transcript or individual mark sheets from each institution you attended regardless if a degree was earned or not. Please note that three-year degrees or diplomas, not issued in the United Kingdom or as part of the Bologna process, must be submitted with a completed master's program or top-up bachelor's degree program transcript.
