CV Research and Work Experience: Prepare, copy and paste into the application a resume. Include a history of your research and work experience. Concluding with your present position, list your employment history and experience. Include all research and laboratory experience, even if you did not hold a paid position. Please list any honors or awards you may have received. Please list, in chronological order, the titles, authors, and complete references for any publications or abstracts on which your name appears. Fee The application fee is $60. RL Applicants will enter the names and contact information (including email addresses) of three (3) individuals into the online application. The system will then prompt each person to submit the reference online. A reference should be a faculty member, advisor, employer or other person familiar with the applicant's work and character. The recommendations may not be obtained from family members, friends, etc. Make sure each reference is willing to submit this electronically, and inform him or her that they will be receiving an email from “KU Medical Center <help@applyweb.com>” requesting them to submit a reference for you online. Transcript Transcripts: Arrange to have one official copy of each transcript from every college and university that you have attended sent directly to KU Medical Center. If the institution provides electronic transcripts, please have them sent to CLStranscripts@kumc.edu.
