Applicants will call the School of Public Health for a code to use on the SOPHIS application. RL A minimum of two letters of recommendation are required Transcript Official transcripts showing all degrees awarded and all undergraduate and graduate work completed at every regionally accredited college/university previously attended must be submitted. Transcripts must be sent directly from the college/university. Transcripts sent by applicants will be considered unofficial. The minimum requirement for admission is the baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from a regionally accredited institution*. Students applying with a baccalaureate or an advanced degree from a nationally accredited institution will be considered at the discretion of the admitting unit with approval via a variance request to the Vice Provost for Graduate Affairs.
