Transcript The University of Miami School of Law requires that international transcripts be submitted through the LSAC’s Credential Assembly Service (CAS) authentication and evaluation feature. Applicants completing more than one year of post secondary work outside the US (including its territories) or Canada must use this service for the evaluation of their international transcripts. This service is included with the Credential Assembly Service registration fee. An International Credential Evaluation will be completed by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), which will be incorporated into the LSAC Credential Assembly Service (CAS) Law School Report. Students applying to the Juris Doctor program must possess a bachelor's degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or an equivalent degree from an international institution. The evaluation from the Credential Assembly Service will clarify if international degrees meet this requirement.
