TOEFL For non-English speaking international applicants, TOEFL scores totaling greater than 100 are needed. GRE GRE scores should be sent directly to the NCSU Graduate School, as requested through ETS.  We require the General Test scores in the Verbal, Quantitative and Analytical sections.  Advanced area testing is not required for our application.  As a guideline, some of the GRE socres of admitted students have been: V & Q-155 or higher; W - 4.5 or better.
