Describe how the program structure (i.e., the curriculum) fits with your career objectives. 3. Summarize your past and current clinical experience and reflect on the limits and potential of the therapeutic modalities you practice. 4. Write a short (4-6 pages, single-spaced) clinical vignette drawn from your current practice describing how you applied a specific clinical theory; it is not expected that you summarize an entire intervention (engagement through termination). You should describe a specific intervention within the overall treatment process, with special emphasis on your use of theory in practice. 5. From your everyday practice, identify a clinical theory-to-practice problem that troubles you and a problem that you would like to investigate with the assistance of 'engaged' research partners (a foreshadowing of your engaged scholarship project). 6. if you are not currently licensed to practice clinical social work, describe the circumstances that have prevented you from doing so.
