Fee A $50 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application. RL Four letters of recommendation with attached reference forms from persons listed on the application. These should include: your pastor or a minister who knows you best, two professors or two professional employment colleagues, and a lay leader in your church or community context. Transcript Official transcripts from all colleges or universities previously attended indicating degree(s) earned. Official transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope to the address noted on the application form. Neither student copies nor faxed transcripts are acceptable.
