PS Statement of purpose essay Given the nature of the STJR program, we look at both the content of the statement and the quality of the writing. Questions that the statement typically should address include the following: How did you become interested in science and technology journalism? What background do you bring to the field? Why does our program interest you? What might you envision doing during your career? The writing should be clear, concise, well organized, and mechanically correct. It need not be fancy. Fee A completed common application for admission through ApplyTexas with the accompanying essay and application fee RL Three completed recommendations During the online application process, you will be asked for the names and email addresses of three recommenders.
