TOEFL If your native language is not English, you must take either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Under the old GRE scores, strong candidates would have verbal plus quantitative scores exceeding 1200, a minimum GRE score of 1000 Verbal + Math, and 3.0 Written.

GPA Applicants are expected to have GPA of at least 3.0. CV Resume—outline of your education and work experience. Fee Non-Refundable Application Fee — $50.00 for domestic (inside the United States) or $75.00 for international students. RL Three letters of recommendation are required. Transcript Arrange to have one copy of official transcripts mailed directly to the address of the department from each college or university attended. We must receive transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, even if transfer credit was applied elsewhere with grades posted on another transcript. Applications missing transcripts will not be processed. Unofficial transcripts, photocopies or transcripts stamped “Issued To Student” are not acceptable. Please take into consideration that transcripts may take two to three weeks to reach our office, (transcripts from international institutions may take longer), so order these as early as possible.
