TOEFL Your TOEFL score on the paper and pencil test must be at least 560 or at least 87 on the internet-based test. These scores represent the minimum required for applicants to graduate programs at UCLA. Fee $105.00: U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents $125.00: All other applicants RL Three letters of recommendation must be submitted by each applicant. One letter must be from a conservation supervisor, and one must be from a former professor. Transcript Transcripts for all university work must be submitted with the application for admission.
