英国很多大学都有开设公共政策专业，一般分为MPA和MPP两种。

MPA(Master of Public Administration)公共管理硕士

The MPA is relevant whether you are working in local, regional, or central government, or for a charity or public-private partnership. 这个专业更偏向于管理，主要培养方向是政府部门或者公共机构的复合型管理人才。

The MPP is a one-year taught degree course. The MPP is a degree for professionals that trains people to hone their skills in policymaking and analysis.
