A core of selective experiences that builds on four critical leadership capacities: (1) vision building, interpersonal and political skills; (2) organizational analysis and operation; (3) research and inquiry; and (4) engagement with families and communities. In addition, the core experience will include field-based leadership internships (24 credits) A minimum of 6 credits in an area of emphasis focused on professional interest.
