Across this programme candidates are involved in a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum,including:design, history, theory, professional practice,technology and representation. The core component of the programme is the design studio where students engage with landscape projects in the UK and abroad. With a team of academics and practitioners the students develop their design projects through tutorials and design reviews. This design teaching is informed by comprehensive technical and theoretical lectures and seminars.Students are encouraged to develop innovative and distinct approaches to landscape that are reflected in their final design project and dissertation thesis.View examples of student work The university is investing ?76 million in a new building to house the campus library, TV studios and academic facilities for disciplines including architecture,design and construction.
