This new HR programme enables you to gain an academic qualification which meets the advanced diploma standards of the CIPD. Most students will seek to gain full corporate membership of the CIPD after successfully completing the course. Human Resource Management (HRM) is offered at undergraduate, professional and postgraduate level, and many graduates of the course choose to contine their study with the university to gain a Masters in HRM. This human resources course has been designed for those seeking to develop a career at a professional level in human resource management (HRM). Students will also achieve the major part of a Masters qualification in HRM by completing the course.
