Transcript Applicants still in secondary/high school - Submit official records showing grades for the last three years of education. Applicants who have completed secondary/high school - Submit official records showing grades for all years of secondary/high school AND official exam results or certificate(s) required from your respective country. Applicants who have attended an institution of higher education must submit ALL official transcripts from each institution. Failure to declare a full academic record may lead to dismissal from the University of Arizona. What do we consider official records? All academic records must be originals or certified copies with the original seal of the issuing institution, or Ministry of Education, signed by an appropriate authority. Originals or certified copies of these records must be in the institution's language and must be accompanied by officially certified English translations. Credentials and translations certified by a notary public, commissioner of oaths or sworn translator are not accepted. Please also note that all U.S. transcripts must be sent to our office directly from the institution attended. If an applicant is discovered to have falsified their academic documentation, the University of Arizona reserves the right to deny admission or dismiss the student from course study.
