TOEFL For purposes of admission, your most recent score must be at least 90 for the Internet-based test (IBT). If is advised to take the TOEFL at least 60 days prior to the deadline. There is no Department code for the TOEFL. - Please note that if you send the tests with the wrong code, we will still receive the scores electronically from ETS.
