TOEFL Regarding TOEFL, the recommended minimum score for admission consideration is 577 on the paper-based test and 90 on the Internet-based test. IELTS For IELTS, the recommended minimum overall band score is 7. GRE Applicants to doctoral programs must have their official results from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test sent to the Graduate School or the School of Public Health, as detailed below.
