PS Applicants will upload a personal statement of objectives (600-1500 words) and work experience, if any, to the application explaining: Interest in the real estate profession and the MRED program Academic and professional preparation Career goals Vision for how your background and the MRED program meet your concept of real estate development and your future career GPA A GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred. Fee The Graduate School requires a non-refundable application fee of $80 (domestic) / $90 (international). RL Applicants will list the name and email addresses of three references on the online application. Recommendation forms will be sent to recommenders from the Graduate School. Transcript Unofficial transcript with the online application. An "unofficial" transcript is a transcript or degree progress report that is issued to the student by their university's registrar; it may also be a transcript or degree progress print-out accessed by the student through their university's online student information system. Applicants are required to attach/upload such a document to their online application as a PDF. An "official" transcript is one sent directly from the registrar of the applicant's prior institutions to Clemson University's Graduate School. If an applicant is offered admission and desires to matriculate, admission will be conditional until an official transcript is received. Official transcripts are required upon admission.
