At least one of these references should be from the college you most recently attended. Your reference writers will be asked to submit their letter to us directly through this website (or by postal mail if absolutely necessary). Transcript Official Transcripts. A transcript from all college-level institutions you attended, whether or not you received a degree there. Official copies should be mailed to our department at the address below.
