PS Statement of educational objectives and career goals (Statement of Purpose). You may send the Statement of Purpose with your application materials or enter it online with your admission application. GPA A 3.0 average in science courses is essential. RL Three letters of recommendation. They can be sent online by the referee, with your application materials, or separately. If separately, they must be sealed with the signature of the recommender written across the back of the envelope. Transcript All applicants must send their original transcripts to the University Registrar’s Office. The FSHN department will accept copies, but all originals must go to the Registrar’s Office.
