Transcript Applicants must submit official transcripts form all post-secondary institutions attended, regardless of whether a degree was earned. Transcripts issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation. Applicants with foreign credentials must also submit official proof of the degree earned (e.g., a copy of the diploma or certificate) with an English translation. Transcripts are considered official if they are sent directly from the institution to our office, or if they are sent by the applicant or a third party and they remain in an original sealed envelope from the institution.
