GPA Applicants must have a minimum cummulative gpa of 3.0 or above Fee UMPT processing fee payment- $40 (All supplemental fees are non-refundable). RL Three letters of recommendation are required of all applicants. The applicant should request recommendations from persons well suited to evaluate her/his qualifications for graduate study and /or physical therapy. At least one recommendation must be from a registered/licensed physical therapist and one from a professor. The final recommendation should be from another responsible person well informed about relevant work that the applicant has done. All letters of recommendation should be submitted to PTCAS. Transcript The applicant should request one official transcript from each institution attended and have the transcripts mailed directly to PTCAS. In addition, international students must submit original transcripts from all foreign institutions attended directly to the Department of Physical Therapy.
