GRE GRE (recommended combined >1300, minimum = 1200), taken within the past three years GMAT High verbal and quantitative GMAT scores (recommended > 650, minimum = 600)

PS Applicant's statement of purpose for pursuing the Ph.D. program (1-2 pages). GPA High GPA (in excess of 3.5), and a positive trend in grades. CV A current résumé is required. Fee The application fee is $65 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $80 for international students. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. RL Three letters of reference that speak to the ability of the applicant to successfully complete the Ph.D. program and his or her potential for teaching and research. Transcript For each institution of higher education (including community colleges) at which you have completed 15 or more credit hours, obtain an unofficial transcript and upload it in the transcripts section at Manage Documents. If you have an unusual grading scheme (not the typical A, B, C, etc), please include a grading key.
