TOEFL The applicant obtains a composite score of 75 or above on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL, iBT) (minimum subscores of 15 in Reading, 14 in Listening, 19 in Speaking, and 20 in Writing) or a composite score of 6.5 or above on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (minimum sub scores of 5.5 in each area). The GRE testing service can also be accessed on-line at http://www.ets.org . In order for the scores to be available by December 1, students should take the exam no later than October or early November.

PS Statement of purpose is required. GPA The applicant has earned a bachelor’s degree in the US or has successfully completed a minimum of 2 semesters (a minimum of 30 credits) of full-time study in a master’s program at an accredited institution in the US and obtained a “B” (3.00) cumulative GPA or higher. CV CV is required. Fee There is a $50 application fee for domestic applicants and a $75 application fee for international applicants. Both are non-refundable. RL Three letters of recommendation (3) from individuals such as college professors, who are familiar with your academic and/or laboratory achievements. Such letters should be sent directly to the Graduate Program from the individual providing the reference via the on-line application. Transcript One (1) transcript of all academic work completed to date. A student-issued transcript in a sealed envelope is acceptable for the application review. Official transcripts are required at time of admission. To be official, the transcripts must come from the issuing institution directly to the Immunology Graduate Program.
