GPA The CSD Program requires a baccalaureate degree (BS or BA) with a 3.0 (out of 4.0) Grade Point Average (GPA) Fee $75 non refundable application fee.Acceptable methods of payment for the $75 Application Fee are: Personal check, Money order or Credit card. Credit Card payments are accepted online through the application for admission. Once the application is submitted, Money Orders or Personal Checks are the only remaining options.Important Note: Please, do not send cash or personal credit card information in the mail. RL Three letters of recommendation are required for your application to be considered complete, and thus be reviewed by the CSD Admissions Committee. You may request and have the letters completed on-line; when you apply, follow the instructions in the on-line application. However, you may still use paper recommendations and snail mail by downloading the Request for Recommendation form in the on-line application. Either way, these letters are important, and are key to the Admissions Committees evaluation of you. Thus, you should select faculty who know not only how well you have performed in classes, but can talk about your research experience and the likelihood of your future success as a scientist. Transcript Official transcripts are those that arrive at our office in an envelope sealed by the institution or local ministry of education. All documents must be accompanied by a certified English translation.College/University transcripts are always required even if the applicant did not complete a degree or program at the previous institution.​​
