伦敦大学亚非学院环境法与可持续发展法学硕士项目主要研究环境法这一快速发展的法学分支。过去半个世纪来，环境法快速发展，涵盖的领域不断增加，属于可持续发展概念的范畴内，探讨传统的环境问题与发展议题。因此环境法不仅涉及传统自然保护与污染控制，而且着重研究自然资源的使用与保护，除此之外，还强调环境法规与人权、贸易、知识产权等相关法律领域之间的联系。
