香港中文大学教育硕士学位课程旨在提升资深教育工作者的探究和执行能力。课程设计让学员选课更具弹性，适合有志以更广阔视野理解教育专业，或希望深入探究专修范围的人士修读。香港中文大学教育硕士的综合课程，可让学生更灵活选修科目。另一方面，学员亦可按个别兴趣，选读本院四个学系开设的专修课程，以巩固知识基础，有利于学生深入研习各专修范围。

有general方向和4个full time小方向，包括课程与教学、教育行政与政策研究、教育心理学、运动科学与体育。申请的时候需要明确方向，可以同时申请多个方向。 招生特点：录取的学生的专业背景还是比较多样化的，英文、中文背景、历史背景、经济背景、数学背景等专业的学生都有，看重软件经历，尤其是工作经验，应届生可以通过教育相关实习来增强申请竞争力。该专业有面试，有群面也有单面，包括自我介绍、小组讨论和提问，面试的表现也十分重要。
