<p>范德堡大学在国内知名度不高，因为其走的是精英教育的路线，学校规模不大，录取难度大，但其法学院Vanderbilt Law School是美国法学院中的老牌劲旅，属于传统T17，LLM也是对中国学生应届小本非常友好的，而且奖学金非常大方。</p><p>
课程设置：范德堡大学法学院开设的LLM Program for International Students项目提供3个选择，包括Course Track, Thesis Track和Law & Business Track。其中选择Thesis Track的学生需要完成一个研究，建议英语写作能力足够好，并且有比较明确的研究topic的学生选择，申请需要Legal WS；如果是对公司法感兴趣的同学则可以考虑Law & Business Track。除了必修课外，其他课程LLM学生都可以和JD学生一起选课。此外，范德堡的LLM转JD政策也非常好，不需要考LSAT, GPA在3.3+就可以转入JD，LLM毕业直接读JD二年级。</p><p>
录取方面：范德堡大学的LLM规模并不算大，每届在60-65人左右，但中国学生占到了将近80%，录取难度也显著高于USC。</p>
