<p>哈佛大学公共政策硕士项目提供以社会科学为基础、面向行动的概念工具箱，强调通过跨学科核心课程培养分析方法、概念框架和思维习惯，使学生能够为现实世界的公共问题提出解决方案。项目第一年重点训练政策设计、分析与实施等基础能力，并通过经济学、伦理、财政管理、谈判、政策设计与交付、政治学、定量分析和应用历史等核心课程，帮助学生提升专业胜任力。</p><p>项目同时重视实践应用，鼓励学生将课堂所学立即用于结业项目、案例研究、体验式学习和可选实习；其后续的Policy Analysis Exercise还要求学生整合所学技术技能与专业知识，围绕公共或非营利部门的政策/管理问题开展研究并提出可执行建议。</p>

课程设置：第一年课程结束后的暑假会有一个政策导向的实习，第二年学生会选择一个政策重点领域进行政策分析练习。</p><p>
录取方面：毫无疑问是MPP里顶级难度的项目，官方没给出profile，高三维只是必要不充分条件。根据录取案例来看，更重要的是量化背景，并且有相关IGO/NGO等方面国际化的实习经历；推荐申请者具备2-3年的正式工作经验，但也录取应届生。</p>
