随着经济全球化的进程，多边国际贸易往来日渐频繁，各国经济发展兼容并济，开辟合作共赢的发展前景。全球化商贸发展趋势要求法律行业及从业人员具备国际化视野与区域化洞察力，对法律教育的多元化、交叉性、包容度也有了更高要求。商法法学硕士双学位（伦敦大学玛丽皇后学院-新加坡管理大学）项目立足新加坡和伦敦两个国际化金融港湾，结合SMU和QMUL两所高校的法律专长，融合商法法律硕士培养丰富经验，通过一系列专业课程和一篇论文，使学生立足东、西方文化背景，从多个角度透析商法，并深入理解不同地区针对商业问题的解决办法和法律实践，从而为区域发展培养法律人才。

该专业针对内地院校有专属的GPA分数要求，伦敦大学玛丽皇后学院单独设置院校名单，对内地院校划分等级，以此来设置不同的申请要求。

具有本科2:1学位或以上学历，需要法律或具有实质性法律内容的学位<br>
具有2:2荣誉学位以及其他法律资格和/或大量的专业法律经验的法律毕业生也可能符合资格<br>
在英国专业机构认可的普通专业考试（CPE）或法律研究生文凭（GDL）中获得优秀（或60%）获得二等荣誉学位的非法律专业毕业生也可能符合资格。非法律专业毕业生若具备在法律领域或与其申请专业直接相关的领域具有特殊的工作经验（至少5年）也可能被考虑<br>
入围候选人将被邀请参加一个简短的测试，并与新加坡管理大学的选拔官进行面试。面试和测试可以面对面进行，也可以根据需要远程在线进行。
