录取指南|该方向对申请者本科背景较为开放，普通本科录取者占比超过一半，但录取者中GPA 85+、雅思7.0+是典型区间，且中位数达到89分和7.5分，高绩点与高语言成绩是核心竞争力。985/211背景申请者需注意，其录取率并未显著高于普通本科，因此不应因院校背景而降低对成绩的要求。对于普通本科申请者，虽然录取案例较多，但竞争依然激烈，建议将GPA提升至85分以上并尽早考出合格雅思，同时通过高质量实习或科研经历弥补院校背景的不足。录取者中超过九成本科为法律专业，法律背景申请者具有明显优势，应优先选择与自身学术或职业规划最匹配的子项目。跨专业申请者录取案例极少且分散，建议在申请前补充法律相关课程、参与法律实务实习或完成法律方向的科研项目，以证明具备足够的专业基础和学习能力，否则录取风险较高。从历史数据来看，9月和10月是投递的推荐窗口，这两个月的申请量最大且录取率相对较高，建议申请者在开放申请前完成所有材料准备，争取在9月至11月尽早提交。延迟至12月及之后投递，申请量虽减少但录取率明显下降，且审理周期中位数为58天，晚投将面临名额减少和等待时间过长的双重风险，因此尽早完成投递是提升录取机会的关键行动。
