岗位职责

Time Assistant (PTA). We support the personal and professional development of our PTAs by involving them in a variety of projects. Together with experienced consultants, PTAs help with meeting minutes, gather and analyze data, help with models, contribute with their ideas and opinions. They are challenged to deliver valuable insights as they help clients identify, analyze, and solve business issues across a wide range of industries. We are seeking students with the skills, drive and vision to fulfill the promise of management consulting and fulfill their own potential in this new era. We are looking for highly qualified individuals with a proven record of academic excellence combined with some PTA experience with leading management consulting firms.

岗位要求

Kearney seeks candidates with a combination of analytical skills, academic excellence, and mature personality: University or graduate students from top schools 2nd - 4th year students pursuing bachelor's degrees Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving Superior communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, personal maturity Ambitious, motivated and reliable personality Fluent in both English and Chinese languages Knowledge of MS Office Ability to work 3-5 full days during Monday-Friday from December 2024- May 2025
