申请者应该热衷于了解亚洲和世界各地正在发生的变革，并且积极主动、外向且乐于接受新想法<br>
申请者应持有良好的学士学位（荣誉 - 二等及以上）或同等学历<br>
优先考虑具备至少2年工作经验的申请者，英语书面和口语熟练程度至关重要<br>
需要提交1篇writing sample，最好是国际事务相关主题（不超过2000字）<br>
