- 具有能够获得执业资格的法律学位（LLB、JD或同等学历），至少达到墨尔本大学70分或同等成绩；或

顾问解析

课程结构灵活，适合那些已经拥有法律学位并希望发展专业知识的人，比如法学院毕业生或者是想学习特定法律领域的在职专业人士。该项目为学生提供数十个专业法律领域150 多个科目的选择，能让学生对选定法律领域的复杂知识体系有先进和综合的理解，培养学生批判性分析的技能。老师来自领先律师事务所、律师协会、政府、司法机构、主要组织和非营利部门的从业者。完成这个学位的学生有资格申请攻读博士学位课程。

就业服务：毕业生可以回到大陆进入律师事务所做律师、考公务员，或进入政府部门或者公检法机关；或在公司、银行、金融机构或其他组织的法务部门工作；此外，毕业生还可以继续攻读博士学位。

招生特点：这个专业只适合法学学科背景的学生，法本学生或者是一学位非法学本科，但是有法学双学位的，申请有难度。申请者的实习/工作经验持续的时间、和申请课程的相关性在申请过程中都会考虑。
